Well I have a short amount of time and so much to say #missionaryproblems
Highlight of the week:
Barbara finally has family names to take to the temple and will be hopeful going this Saturday. We had a marathon in the family history center last night to help her find the names of her ancestors she
could be baptized for in the Columbus Temple. Shout out to Nana and Papa who helped me learn how to use the awesome tools the church has to research our ancestors and are great examples of the blessings that can come from that search. You just vicariously helped Barbara's grandmother and great grandmother have salvation!
The last two weeks of this transfer have felt like 1,000 years. BUT. We made it, and as expected I will be leaving Scioto tomorrow morning. Sister Williams will stick around for a bit. I'm excited and ready to move on to more craziness wherever the Lord wants me to go next. I'm excited to party hard with another rock star sister Missionary. I'm sad to leave all of the beautiful people here in Grove City but I know they will be in good hands. Mostly I'm just sad I have to pack my life up into a suitcase again, but really. Grove City has treated me well, I love the members of the Church here. I love the people I've met here, and I am grateful for the things the Lord has taught me here.
I'll leave you all with the scripture of the week
2 Timothy 1:7
7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
God is real. He is out there. He loves you. He wants to hear from you. He wants to HELP you. All we need to do is ask! He is the source of peace we need to turn to and the only true source of lasting joy. Go find that peace and Joy this week!
With Love,
Sister Reynolds
